Проблематика войны в гуманитарных науках. Сборник трудов второй всероссийской конференции "Проблематика войны в гуманитарных науках: история и перспективы исследования"
The article discusses the importance of the ideological factor in national policies and military doctrines of States. The conclusion is that the ideological basis of foreign and military policy of Russia is still only at the stage of formation.
This article considers the main views of the British (Frank Kiston) and French(Roger Trinquer, David Galula) theorists on the question of armed struggle against the rebel forces. In exploring the phenomenon of a partisan (base on the work of the German philosopher Carl Schmitt), the partisan war is viewed as a consequence of the transformation of war and the basic elements of the counter-insurgency war, especially the theoretical constructs.
The article is devoted to the ideological evolution of Carlism in the XIX century. The author demonstrates how the course of military action influenced the formation of Carlist political ideology, what role in this process was played by its leaders (Carlos V, Charles VI and Charles VII), and how the opposition between the radical and moderate vectors evolved within this movement.
