Платформенная занятость в России: угрозы и новые возможности
One of the key trends of the 21st century is the destandardization of labor relations. Its prime example is the development of platform employment. The proposed article presents the results of a project carried out as part of the university-wide elective program "GR in Modern Russia: Theory and Practice". The purpose of this paper is to review the main difficulties and identify the most effective tools to support and organize platform employment in Russia. The authors considered the basic concept of "self-employment", the position of platform workers in the framework of "self-employment", as well as their motivation and risks. In the practical part of the project, an overview of foreign and domestic platforms is proposed as one of the support tools for non-traditional employees. In the course of the study, the main practices of the platforms were identified that contribute to effective support, as well as the organization of those employed on the platform.
