The transformations of modern global world proceed asymmetrically in different spheres of human activity. With the of preservation of current global trends, the sphere of socio-cultural relations will demonstrate advanced development with creation of the new formats not only for social but rather for socio-economic inter- action. This trend is emphasized by the increase in the importance of the infor- mation society as the integrating element of different aspects of the globalization and simultaneously by the stagnation of the socio-economic basis of global devel- opment. But under some conditions a complicated situation could emerge when the formats rather than economic factors can start to form models of social behavior at least for major socially involved groups. Such situations could emerge for rather short in historical perspective period. But its importance is underlined by the depth of potential transformations that give the opportunity not only to alter the manifes- tations of the in-depth of the basic trends but also the systemic links the form the basis those trends. But within the framework of such trends the importance of the formats for implementation of the new models of socio-cultural interaction would increase as well as the spaces that will be relevant for practical adaptation of such models. That will lead us to the “special” world much different from the world of the mature globalization.
