The "strategic triangle" of America–China–Russia, which was formed during the Cold War, is dynamically developing largely under the influence of external factors. From this point of view, the relationship of such great powers as the PRC, the Russian Federation and the United States with a United Europe will be of great importance for strengthening their positions within the "strategic triangle". Currently, it is China that has managed to achieve positive changes in its relations with the European Union, while the relations of the United States and the Russian Federation with the EU have faced serious difficulties.
