The article "Analysis of the attitude of Russians to a healthy lifestyle, physical culture and sports" is devoted to the study of factors that affect the interest of the population in physical education and sports. The study is based on statistical data for 2008-2013, including the results of sociological surveys conducted by the Yuri Levada Analytical Center, as well as data on monitoring the population's attitude to physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for 2008-2012. the purpose of the study is to show how important the high position of physical culture and healthy lifestyle in the structure of value orientations of Russian citizens is for their well-being. The relevance of the issue is obvious, since today campaigning in the field of physical culture and healthy lifestyle in Russia is not carried out actively enough.
