Исследование схожести типов организационных культур для предприятий одной отрасли, разнесенных по географическому принципу
The article presents the results of a study of Nizhny Novgorod companies to identify features on the appropriate organizational culture type of companies from the same industry, to confirm an earlier study among St. Petersburg companies. The identical typology of cultures one industry is searched, but having different locations. The paper also proposed OCAI rationale for the selection procedure and its modifications for the researching purpose and Russian specifics. As researching methods have been used content - analysis, participant observation, interviews, questionnaires. The researching results are diagnostic organizational culture indicators of enterprises, indicating the presence of the similarity of cultures types, denial of geography, which are required further research, and developed recommendations on strengthening and adjusting existing org.kultur for each company analyzed. The prospects researching study are work to identify the impact of organizational culture on the strategic management process.
