ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ СУБКУЛЬТУРЫ В РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОГО ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ КАЗАХСТАНА)
Purpose of the study. To analyse the impact of organisational occupational subcultures on the transformation of an energy company.Research Methodology. An empirical study of organisational occupational subcultures was conducted using the OCAI questionnaire survey (Cameron & Quinn, 2001), face-to-face semi-structured interviews and focus groups at an energy enterprise (power generation). Results of the study. The factors of differentiation and fragmentation of organisational professional subcultures negatively affecting the success of organisational transformation of an energy enterprise were identified. A descriptive model of the interaction of professional subcultures that promotes the integration of the organisation and effective organisational transformation has been developed. Originality and contribution of the author. This study is the first to consider the problems of integration of professional organisational subcultures of an energy enterprise, the solution of which contributes to the implementation of organisational transformation. This practice is applicable to the majority of a wide range of manufacturing enterprises.
