The article presents the results of a study aimed at developing an organizational culture model for a medical organization focused on implementing a patient-centered strategy. Using the example of the Scandinavian Health Center LLC, the theoretical foundations of organizational culture are examined, a diagnosis of the current state is conducted, and a hybrid model combining elements of clan, adhocracy, and market cultures is proposed. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing the model, including an action plan and expected outcomes. The study demonstrates how transforming organizational culture can enhance the quality of medical services, patient satisfaction, and the clinic's competitiveness. Modern healthcare organizations face the need to adopt a patientcentered approach, which requires not only technological changes but also a transformation of organizational culture. The current organizational culture was assessed using the OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) based on the typology by K. Cameron and R. Quinn. The analysis included evaluating dominant culture types (clan, adhocracy, market, hierarchical) and identifying areas for improvement. 224 ЖУРНАЛ «БИЗНЕС. ОБЩЕСТВО. ВЛАСТЬ». Ноябрь 2025. №4 (58) The current culture of Scandinavian Health Center LLC is characterized by a dominance of market and hierarchical elements (50% and 20%, respectively), ensuring stability but limiting flexibility and service personalization. To foster patient-centeredness, a hybrid model with strengthened clan (30%) and adhocracy (20%) elements is proposed. The developed organizational culture model allows Scandinavian Health Center LLC to effectively balance efficiency and service personalization. Implementing the proposed measures will enhance patient satisfaction, reduce staff turnover, and strengthen the clinic's reputation.
