The book is a programmed textbook, the purpose of which is deep assimilation of the material. It does not allow the student to move on to the next stage of study until the previous one is mastered. Structurally, the book includes 59 chapters, united into thematic blocks. The following sections are presented: the concept, essence and content of management; the main approaches to studying the history of management; the main functions of management; connecting processes; the basics of conflictology; organizational culture; managing organizational changes; social responsibility and ethics of a business organization, etc.
The book was developed in accordance with the educational standard of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in the areas of training 38.04.02. "Management", 38.04.01 "Economics", 38.03.02 "Management" and 38.03.01 "Economics". This book can be used for masters of the training areas 38.04.02 "Management" and 38.04.01 "Economics" and for bachelors of the training areas 38.03.02 "Management" and 38.03.01 "Economics".
