The paragraph is devoted to the the legal regulation of the realization of functions by the executive bodies of the constituent members of the Russian Federation. The features of demarcation of authorization powers between the Russian Federation bodies and the regional executive bodies are discussed. The problems of legislative regulation and enforcement practice of licensing functions by the regional executive authorities in the RF are identified.
