Развитие федеративных основ конституционного права России
The modern Russian legal system is characterized by a close interaction between federalism and constitutionalism. Given that federalism is a dynamic system of relations between the center and the regions, requiring constant improvement and adaptation to the challenges of the times, legislation
must ensure its development based on constitutional principles. This
task became urgent in connection with the adoption in 2020 of the Law of the Russian Federation on Amendments
to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
This monograph is devoted to an analysis of the modern development of the federal foundations of constitutional law. It examines the historical preconditions for the formation of the Federation and its constitutional principles, as well as current issues and trends in the influence of federalism on the development of the overall
system of constitutional law and its individual components.
