Кризис дает шанс начать структурное преобразование экономики

  The phrase "crisis lessons" became a sign of our days. Here only in itself it tells nothing. One reduce concept of "crisis lessons" to limit concretenesses – reduction of rates of development or strengthening of a risk management. Others cover with it an elementary fright which by the nature in general is contraindicated to any business. The third resort to teokretichesky reflections about change of an economic paradigm in planetary scale. In what they – crisis lessons? And in what they for our country, for Russia? Still already – in what they for the Russian financial system, the Russian banking? Crisis began with banking – not incidentally. Banking is the main arterial system of economy today and, as a result, gives the first failures in a case of serious diseases. And banking can become that "locomotive" which will give a new impulse of development. Before the country it is worth – going a choice on the way of restructuring, to begin original modernization or still to hope for a raw needle. The destiny of the Russian banking also depends on this choice. It is necessary to do it already now: the tomorrow's success and wellbeing grow from today's specific actions. I tried to generalize those actions which both itself, and my colleagues on the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, on Association of regional banks of Russia we consider true and correct. I hope, readers of this article will divide them. Or – will think of them. Or, it is critical having belonged to stated by the author, – will offer the recipes and scenarios capable to change our life to the best. Eventually, the purposes as ideas, coincide – a way to success of banking, to success of domestic economy, to success of Russia.
