Modeling of the absolute efficiency of a single crystal diamond detector with a thickness of 0.03 to 1 cm and a source of gamma quanta with an energy of 0.6 to 5000 eV. Nedosekin P. Abstract-One of the main characteristics of a single-crystal diamond detector is modeled for gamma radiation detection. The results of calculations and graphs of the dependence of the change in absolute efficiency on the thickness and energy of radiation are presented.
Experimentally investigated the films of carbon and diamond-like materials (AlN) with an ordered structure of the crystal phase, grown by plasma methods on the substrates of amorphous and crystalline materials in order to form multilayer structures. The influence of technological parameters on the composition, structure and functional characteristics of the layers is studied.
In the present work, russian and foreign methods of calculating one of the indicators of testability, the average recovery time, are analyzed. Revealed and justified the need to adjust their mathematical apparatus, taking into account the combination of the methods considered. Based on the conducted research: the application program for calculating the average recovery time according to the methods considered.
Video registration of the educational process is a controversial phenomenon for many participants in this process: both students and teachers are ambivalent about recording, broadcasting and subsequent indexing of what is happening during studies or project presentations. Nevertheless, the authors have positive experience in involving students to work by changing the format project presentation, and this change is directly related to the openness of the educational process. The main complexity of this approach identified is the significant labor costs for preparing, broadcasting, indexing and publishing records. This article describes the service created at MIEM HSE for the complete automation of video recording of classroom activities using IP cameras. This service solves the technical tasks of shooting, simple editing and publication of materials, and also has an open architecture for the intellectualization of processes based on pattern recognition and automation of camera work and content management.
