Взаимодействие некоммерческих организаций и органов власти: сравнительный анализ законодательства
In work results of the comparative analysis of the foreign and Russian legislation regulating processes of creation and activity NGO, their interactions with authorities are stated. The legislation in the Russian regions in many respects corresponds to legal acts of the countries of the central and east Europe. Recently some Russian regional legislators use of model of social partnership for relations between the authorities and NGO. In the legal acts and the usual practice of mutual relations NGO and the authorities the patron-client model in the majority of regions of our country prevails. Results of the analysis are supposed to be used for working out of legal acts of the subject of the Russian Federation in which interaction NGO and authorities would be carried out within the frame of model of intersectorial social partnership.
The article suggests to adopt a pluralism methodological approach in marketing science. Using controversy over marketing to nonmarketers problem paper traces evolution of the issue in context of research methodology and discusses alternative methodological approaches and research paradigms.
