In the age of globalisation which broadly means international interaction the idea of global communication comes to the front. Communicating globally implies using intercultural links and involves cultural knowledge of business counterparts as an integral part of global interaction. Language media being an essential tool of global interaction facilitate the process of business communication provided that certain guidelines are taken into consideration.
The interaction of short single-component vector solitons in the frame of the coupled third–order nonlinear Schrodinger equations taking into account third–order linear dispersion, self–stepping, self–stimulated Ramanscattering, cross–stepping and cross–stimulated Raman-scattering terms is considered. Conditions of reflection and propagation of the solitons through each other and also the condition of oscillator interaction (vector breather) are obtained.
In this study with using of the small-signal theory of discrete electron-wave interaction in the passbands and stopbands resonator slow-wave systems (SWS) of power traveling-wave tubes (TWT), obtain the characteristic equation for the propagation constants of the 4-electron waves produced in the interaction of the electron beam forward and backward electromagnetic waves of SWS. The analysis of solutions of this equation, which allowed to establish the specific characteristics of these waves are compared with the known properties of electron waves in a "smooth", such as helical SWS. On the basis of solving the boundary value problem for the SWS segments were simulated and found gain of multisection TWT with transparent section and stopsection, as well as, the distribution of fields and currents along the stopsection.
We investigate the specific problem of machine vision, namely, video-based detection of the moving forklift truck. It is shown that the detection quality of the state-of-the-art local descriptors (SURF, SIFT, etc.) is not satisfactory if the resolution is low and the illumination is changed dramatically. In this paper, we propose to use a simple mathematical morphological algorithm to detect the presence of a cargo on the forklift truck. At first, the movement direction is estimated by the updating motion history image method and the front part of the moving object is obtained. Next, contours are detected and morphological operations in front of the moving object are used to estimate simple geometric features of empty forklift. In the experimental study it has been shown that the proposed method has 40% lower FAR and 27% lower FRR in comparison with conventional matching of local descriptors. Moreover, our algorithm is 7 times faster.
This article is talking about state management and cultural policy, their nature and content in term of the new tendency - development of postindustrial society. It mentioned here, that at the moment cultural policy is the base of regional political activity and that regions can get strong competitive advantage if they are able to implement cultural policy successfully. All these trends can produce elements of new economic development.
