Эффективность как критерий организационного развития университетов и заказчики образовательных услуг
The article outlines problems arising in the process of social transformations in social entities and fixed both in general sociological theories and in the sociology of the organization. The problem of compatibility of social organization and social changes is emphasized. The organizational development (OD) as a special type of social change is described in detail. Following aspects are considered: a) differences in views on the sources of social change; b) difficulties associated with understanding the processes of organizational development; c) fundamental differences in the significance and interpretation of these problems in different theoretical models of organizational development.
In the article expansion of policy of lean management of the organization is theoretically proved. In the article the conceptual distinctions of lean management and organizational development are systematized, conditions and possibilities of organizational development and deployment of policy of lean management are compared. The paper reflects the main idea of organizational development, the author opened stages and contents of programs of organizational development, characterized strategic application of Hoshin Kanri, the policy deployment map of lean management is developed. In the article a conclusion about strategic expediency of expansion of policy of lean management in activity of the organizations is formulated.
The author of the article impugns the efficiency of consideration of productivity of activity of higher schools (universities) as a criterion of their development which is connected with the polysemy of understanding of the given term, the multi-purpose nature of the organization and the distinction of the subjects of the estimation of its efficiency. Simultaneously he believes that as the problem of development of science is assigned to universities in modern Russia it is necessary for the state as the only customer of preparation of scientists to show universities this order accurately and to give full state financing.

The world provides us a lot of opportunities. One of the main challenges for an organization is being safe with its focus on strategic goals and transferring them into results. Organizational project management (OPM) is already for a long time not just a tool or a method but a whole concept to model company’s activity. OPM is a systematic approach aimed at achieving strategic goals. The extent to which an organization uses OPM refers to OPM maturity. The study focuses on maturity models examination and provides a new model for projectized organizations. The results of this research can be used to assess and develop maturity in projectized organizations. The structure of the paper is as follows: a review on the evolution and general types of MM; an OPM model presentation the results of its testing in a real company; and finally the general recommendations on MM application.
One of the most important indicators of company's success is the increase of its value. The article investigates traditional methods of company's value assessment and the evidence that the application of these methods is incorrect in the new stage of economy. So it is necessary to create a new method of valuation based on the new main sources of company's success that is its intellectual capital.
