The article is an analysis of the historical legal documents (yarliks, i.e., edicts of tulers) of the Turkic-Mongol khanates of 13th – beginning of 15th cc. which regulated different aspects of the trade activity in the Chinggisid states. The classifications of these aspects is realized and examples of such regulations on a base of studied documents are given.
