(khans’ yarliks, treaties with Venice and Genoa, Statute of Caffa). The comparison of function of these officials and ones fixed in other historical monuments allows authors to specify some titles of such officials and identify their place in the administrative hierarchy of the Jochi Ulus. There is the first introduction of the Russian translation of valuable historical source – a yarlik on the appointment of collector of taxes for Divan form the treaty named “Dastur al-katib” written by Muhammad b. Hindushah Nakhchivani in the Mongol Iran of 1360s.
