The monograph presents a description of the main trend of modern Russian foreign and foreign economic policy, most often called the “Pivot to the East.” The book reveals a historical retrospective of the balance of eastern and western vectors in Russian politics, their role in the civilizational development of our country. Aspects of the East Asian and Eurasian modern policy of Russia in the field of international relations, economics and business, and humanitarian ties with the countries of East Asia are analyzed.
