The article suggests that stimulating the export of Russian education can contribute to the replenishment of the labor force. To do this, it is necessary to identify market leaders, assess the level of competition and support the entry of educational organizations into the international market. Institutions of additional professional education can offer foreign students' employment in the Russian Federation. Institutions of additional education of schoolchildren can prepare foreign citizens for national state exams, which Russian universities should take into account when admitting applicants. Thus, the promotion of Russian education abroad can become a viable strategy for attracting foreign talents to the country's economy.
