Особенности буллинга в условиях дополнительного образования детей, по оценке педагогов
The article is focused on the study of the phenomenon of bullying in institutions of additional education for children. The aim of the study was to identify the prevalence and specifics of bullying in extracurricular activities, as well as the factors contributing to victimization. Within the framework of the study, 319 teachers of additional education in the Chelyabinsk region were interviewed using a modified school bullying questionnaire. The results showed that more than a quarter of teachers faced bullying situations in the environment of circles and sections, with verbal and social forms of aggression dominating. Despite the specificity of the educational environment of extracurricular activities, which implies voluntary participation, flexibility of plans, and high interest of students, there are stable manifestations of bullying in it. The greatest intensity of bullying is revealed in sports activities, which may be associated with high competition and struggle for leadership. Differences in the level of bullying manifestation depending on the direction and age of students have been established. The conclusion substantiates the need for the development and implementation of comprehensive bullying prevention programs adapted to the specifics of additional education.
