The analysis conducted in the study allowed the authors to trace the evolution of Soviet agitation in the first post-war decade, identify the main campaigning techniques that were notable for their diversity, and conclude that at the turn of the 1940s and 1950s, in the context of voluntary resettlement campaigns, the state was forced to look for new ways to influence potential migrants.
