Обзор современного оборудования для смешивания и раздачи полнорационной кормовой смеси (ПКС)
The realization of the genetic potential of cattle is achieved through a balanced diet. Preparation of the ration to feeding is a critical task. Modern livestock breeding complexes use all-in-one feed mixes (AFM) to feed animals all year round. This ensures control over nutritive values of the ration and exclusion of selective eating. Manufacturing enterprises use feed mixers of different design to produce such mixes. In this paper, consideration is given to feed mixers: their utilization, design features and choice criteria according to conditions and technologies, used in the farm. Feed mixers can be classified according to a number of features: a method of moving, a method of moving a working body, a location of the distributor relatively to feeders, etc. The paper provides recommendations on the optimal load of the mixer’s hopper, examines the order of loading components of the ration, taking into account their physical properties, affecting mixing process and homogeneity of the feed mix. Besides design features of production nodes of the machines, the paper discusses the issue of digitalization of the mixer-distributor. Using an on-board computer in the feed-distributor enables an operator to carry out proportioning of the required fodders and feed supplements with high precision. A set of equipment by JF-STOLL, equipped with the Feed Manager system is a case of study of this paper. The Feed Manager system consists of a master terminal and a portable terminal, receiving data on loading components of the ration from the feed mixer by means of wireless communication. Visualization of data on weight changes of the mixture components being introduced reduces errors in the process of loading.
