Развитие российских биотехнологий для скотоводства (оценка на основе патентного анализа)

Biotechnologies are increasingly being used in animal husbandry, but in Russia today they are 80% imported. This poses a threat to food security and actualizes the task of highlighting those areas of biotechnology, the development of which is critical for the industry. Based on a patent analysis and a comparison of the global dynamics of patenting over the past ten years, the article identifies those areas of biotechnologies for cattle breeding, where the backlog in Russia is the most significant. It is shown that the development of approaches to the development of own biotechnologies is especially important for genetic and reproductive technologies, as well as in genetic engineering.
