The proceedings include papers presented at the Seventh International Forum on Cognitive Modeling (5-15 September, 2019, Rethymno, Greece, the island of Crete). The forum embraced: - Creative school “Sources of Cognitive Modeling in Ancient Art”, - The XХ-th International Conference «Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics. CML-2019», -The VII -th International Conference «Cognitive Modeling in Science, Culture, Education. CMSCE-2019». The goal of the forum is to integrate the work of experts at cognitive modeling and the history of its formation in linguistics and in other spheres of activity and knowledge. The leading role belongs to the interdisciplinary approach to studies in the processes and technologies of receiving, transferring, processing, storing, transforming of information about the human and the world. The forum gathered scientists from Azerbaijan, Greece, Israel, Russia, Japan, Ukraine.
