Современный молодежный рынок труда, когнитивный анализ

The paper considers the position of the youth labor market in modern conditions, highlights its features. It is proposed to use the methodology of cognitive modeling of complex systems and the corresponding software in order to analyze the structural properties of the cognitive model of the labor market system, which the real market may have, which determines the novelty of the research. A cognitive map of the modern youth labor market has been developed on the basis of theoretical premises, statistical and expert data. An analysis was made of the cycles of direct and feedback in the system, stabilizing or destabilizing the system. Scenario modeling of the development of situations in the system was carried out, which made it possible to predict their desired development. Examples are given.
