The monograph is devoted to the modern approach to the express assessment of personal qualities and professional knowledge of the personnel of Russian enterprises. The universal system unites professional standards, a personality questionnaire, a professional competency test and a computer program that allows promptly carry out incoming control, conduct certification of personnel, assess the potential of young professionals and personnel reserve, create a database of employees of the enterprise with detailed characteristics for carrying out other personnel activities.
A universal system for express personnel assessment has been implemented at many enterprises in Russia.
The book is intended for managers and employees of personel departments.
