There are a number of problems in the field of legal regulation of the labor of medical workers. These include, in particular: the contradiction between the Unified qualification reference book of positions of managers, specialists and other employees and the professional standards of medical workers, and also the failure to take into account the requirements of the Unified qualification reference book in the sphere of medicine. The solution to these problems lies in the harmonization of legal regulation.
