The professional standard “Process Management Specialist” was developed by the Association of Business Process Management Professionals - the Russian branch of the international Association of BPM Professionals (ABPMP Russian Chapter) - on the initiative of the management of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works and approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The standard allows you to accurately establish the boundaries of the profession, helps specialists correctly position themselves, compare the level of their qualifications and the quality of their services against it, which ultimately increases the demand for specialists with specific skills and makes it possible to evaluate the work of business process consultants.
