Changes in the state governance of the Russian Federation, caused by new economic and political circumstances on the background of the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine, will also lead to a revision of all scientific and technological activities, which will require the authorities to make decisions that promote the progress of science and technology in the country as the main factor in the further development of Russia. This will require defining the priorities of scientific and technological development, substantially revising the criteria for evaluating the performance of science, as well as determining the issues of personnel policy depending on the priority tasks - maintaining jobs or focusing on results.
