Отражение современной антикоррупционной культуры в российском конституционном праве
The monograph examines the process of formation of modern perception
of corruption as a complex social phenomenon derived from the defects
in the structure of power relations. In recent decades, a voluminous and
multidimensional international anti-corruption political and legal culture has
developed, which is beginning to have a positive impact on domestic policy,
legislation and practice in different countries. Russian constitutional law,
which is responsible for the legal regulation of public relations in the sphere
of organization and exercise of power, is also feeling this influence and is
beginning to form a systematic vision of ways to overcome corruption through
its sectorial mechanisms.
The book is intended for students, postgraduates and teachers of law
schools, as well as researchers of anti-corruption issues.
