Post-global trends posed serious influence upon the development of the socio-cultural environment. The process of structuring of the socio-cultural environment is a complex and multistage process that depends upon the degree of cultural integrity of local and regional culture and the dynamics of its development. The article analyses the major vectors of structuring of the social environment: class and strata stratification, generational and archetypic-religious as well as variants of the manifestation environments are outlined. Authors put forward a hypothesis on the advanced speed of the emergence of the social aspects of the post-global social transformations in the socio-cultural sphere that take place in the major urban centers. The authors outline the base for matrix of assessment for manifestations of the socio-cultural indications for transformations and put forward the issue on the place of the ideology in the post-global world.
