Глобализация мирового социального пространства как ключевой фактор цивилизационного транзита

Th is article explores the transformation of global social space as a transition from a fragmented space
to a holistic one characterized by globality, openness, and inclusiveness, as well as the interconnectedness of the
globalization processes in cultural, economic, socio-communicative, and political spaces. Th e article identifi es the
specifi c features of globalization in each of these spheres. It demonstrates that, specifi cally, as a result of revolutionary changes in information and communication technologies, social and info communicative processes have
become inextricably intertwined, giving rise to a qualitatively new socio-communicative space. Special attention
is paid to emerging challenges of infocommunicative openness, such as the large-scale dissemination of false and
specially constructed information, and the use of social networks and media communications by criminal groups.
It is proven that the process of globalization of the global socio-communicative space is accompanied by deviations
from its progressive development, caused by political motives. Based on an analysis of the globalization of the
global political space, it is determined that the primary task is to build a polycentric, functionally open, and inclusive
global political system. It has been established that some states with authoritarian governance take negative
and even destructive positions toward the construction of such a system and can provoke problems and obstacles
during this process. It has been determined that the challenges, both scientifi c and practical, lie in enhancing the
inclusive nature of social globalization processes across various spheres and in fi nding rational solutions to the
problems arising in the current stage of globalization.
