Ферейдун Мошири и новая поэзия Ирана
The work of the Iranian poet Fereydoon Moshiri, his place in Persian literature of the mid-XX century is considered in the article. As a representative of the new poetry (Sher-e Nou), he stands apart among the poets of this direction and continues the tradition of classical poetry of Iran, skillfully combining old forms with new contents. Inspired by the innovative style of Neemaa Yushage, F. Moshiri uses thetechniques «modernist poetry», but at the same time has its own unique style that allowed him to not abandon the classical reformational composition. The stylistic features of his verse are compared with those of his predecessors and contemporaries. The ideological aspects and themes of creativity, which flourished during a difficult period – the era of repeated changes in the political system and transformations in the cultural life of Iran are analyzed. This epoch has been marked by the creation of a special symbolism, through which the poets veiled their political views. Peculiarities of the expression of civic attitude in works of Moshiri are discussed, loyalty to the principles of lyric poetic tradition is pointed out. The originality of the author’s
manner – the predominance of the theme of love, the widespread use of nature motifs as a way of conveying the mood, the commitment to the romantic heritage of the classics of Iranian literature is analyzed.
