The paper considers life energy and other human resources, their typology, their interaction between each other and distribution between different public groups. According to the author, life energy is emotional, intellectual and physical state of a human; his/her capabilities to set the most important objectives and to carry out social actions. The maximum level of life energy is typical for the highest social stratum of the region engaged in public management. Over the recent three years the life energy has increased among residents of the region. The authors show that different respondents oriented towards different death frames use life resources in a different way. In the social structure of the modern Russian society those who have highest resources are representatives of the titular classes; non-titular classes refer to the lowest resources; modern Russian society still preserves the class structure.
