An Assessment and Management of the Quality of Living Conditions of the Population in the Regions

A model for analyzing the quality of living conditions of residents in municipal entities, districts, and cities is developed. The model evaluates indices of the quality of living conditions in a municipal entity based on a comprehensive mathematical model of regional subsystem development. A technology for generating recommendations based on scenario analysis of primary indicators, such as transportation, education, healthcare, housing, etc., is proposed. A mechanism for generating development options for regional subsystems based on scenariobased changes of the grassroot indicators is also proposed. The architecture of the software for analyzing quality of living conditions in municipal districts, cities, and the capital of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of the Russian Federation is discussed.
