Развитие водородно-атомной энергетики в контексте современной климатической повестки и прогнозируемого энергетического перехода
Under the conditions of modern geopolitical transformations it becomes much more complicated to substantiate a set of measures and strategic programs aimed at promoting higher competitiveness of national economies. The search for balanced solutions between ensuring access to basic types of energy resources and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) gets more relevant. An example of the interconnection of the problems of the modern world, which are of strategic importance for most countries, is the relationship between global energy supply, climate change, intra- and inter-country inequality. A possible solution to these challenges may be the formation of conditions for the development of an expanded range of energy sources and energy carriers. And as a result, increased attention to the prospects for the development of hydrogen energy, which, on the one hand, has significant potential to support the sustainability of renewable energy systems, on the other hand, requires a detailed assessment of its impact on national economies and the SDG complex. As part of the work, the structure of the hydrogen energy value chain is studied and scenarios for the inclusion of domestic industry enterprises in it are predicted. Based on the results obtained, a model for the development of hydrogen technologies in the Russian Federation in a cluster format is substantiated, tools for its implementation are proposed. The article is devoted to the analysis of possible options for the development of hydrogen-nuclear energy and its impact on solving the urgent problems of climate change in various scenarios.
