The proceedings of the IEEE Ninth Ecuador Technical Chapters Meeting (ETCM 2025) comprise scientific papers, research contributions, and technical studies presented at the ninth annual international conference organized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in collaboration with the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. The conference will be held from October 21 to 24, 2025, in Quito, Ecuador, and serves as a platform for the exchange of advanced knowledge and innovations in engineering, technology, and applied sciences.
The proceedings cover a wide range of thematic areas, including antennas and wave propagation, electronic circuits and devices, communication systems, computing and software engineering, intelligent computing, industrial applications and control, robotics and automation, power and energy systems, sustainable technologies, biomedical engineering, as well as smart cities and mobility.
