Воспитательный потенциал ученического коллектива как средство формирования личностных результатов образования обучающихся основной школы

In the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard and the challenges of the digital environment, which weaken the influence of traditional institutions of socialization, purposeful education and achievement of personal results of students becomes a priority task of the school. A class with a unique educational potential can be considered as the most important means of solving this problem — the formation of a personal educational result. However, for the effective use of educational potential, a program of its actualization using pedagogical technologies and techniques is necessary. Methodology and methods. The research is based on identifying the internal assets of a class (group of students) as a personal development environment. The following research methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, analysis of the conceptual sphere of education, content analysis, modeling of the structure of educational potential, diagnosis of personal outcome (readiness for diverse joint activities), expert assessment using a qualimetric map. Experimental work was carried out on the basis of two 8th grades (n = 32 and n = 29). Results. The content of the concept of "educational potential of the class" has been clarified, the four-component structure of educational potential, the structure of the personal result "readiness for diverse joint activities" has been developed and justified, and tools for updating educational potential have been identified in order to include students in collective activities that ensure the achievement of personal results in mastering the educational program. It was found that in the experimental group there was a statistically significant positive trend in all components of the personal result.
