In the presented book is based on the method of deduction system develops the theory of capital as the potential development of the society. The capital is treated in a generalized sense as the amount of private capital: physical, human, social, demographic, cultural, financial and natural. The book not only introduces quantitative criteria for the development and discusses the types of civilizational structures, but also the dynamics of the capital in a number of liberal - social - state socio-humanitarian. The presented system human capital theory includes the methodology for calculation of the data on capital as the countries of the world, still the subjects of the Russian Federation. The book is intended for researchers, teachers and students in the Humanities and the natural profile, dealing with the problems of natural-humanitarian synthesis.
