Связь корпоративной социальной ответственности и гражданского общества: теоретическое обоснование

There is a certain necessity of theoretical revision of corporate social responsibility (CSR) concept due to increase of social significance and effectiveness of CSR. In this article, corporate social responsibility is understood as institutional phenomenon, which is determined by influence of various institutes but not only as a voluntary activity of commercial companies. Certain arguments of broadening of traditional civil society concept and inclusion there a concept of CSR are introduced. This way, commercial organizations are understood as civil society elements in our country and worldwide.
