Развитие сектора НКО в странах БРИКС: сравнительный анализ динамики, правовых рамок и международного сотрудничества
The article provides comparative analysis of the development of nonprofit organizations (NPOs) in BRICS countries (with the exception of Russia and China, with their unique regulatory approaches to NPO activities, requiring a separate, in-depth study). Key parameters are examined: dynamics of the number of NPOs, level of public participation, legal regulation, intensity of international cooperation, and financial sustainability. The authors illustrate how variations in political, economic, and cultural contexts affect the functionality and stability of NPOs, as well as the factors that facilitate their development and integration into the global community. Special attention is drawn to institutional barriers and government support measures, which play a key role in strengthening civil society. The findings underscore the importance of establishing a flexible regulatory framework and fostering international partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability and effectiveness of NPOs.
