Об институциональном подходе к реализации ФГОС
In his article, the authors describe the main problems associated with the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard to the Russian system of education, and offer their views to possible solutions.
The scientific and methodical publication is devoted to the problems of preparation of general educational institutions for work in the conditions of the implementation of the Federal state educational standards of primary general education. It reveals the organizational and methodological foundations for the development of the basic educational program, as well as the content and technological aspects of the organization of their activities.
The article describes the evolution of the accounting knowledge from the simple registration technique to economic and social institution, in medieval Italy. It is shown that the institutionalization of accounting was completed to the XIV century, when it became a system of codified technical standards, scholar discipline and professional field. Examined the interrelations of this process with a business environment, political, social, economic and cultural factors of Italy by the XII-XVI centuries.

Modern science has proven that any communicative action is mediated by mandatory norms and rules that define mutual behavioral expectations and which should be understood and recognized by at least two entities engaged in communication. There is a huge amount of meaningfully close concepts with the help of which these “regulators” of communicative behavior are designated: axioms, principles, attitudes, postulates, norms, rules, discourses, conventions, codes, patterns, matrices, etc. The article proposes a concept according to which the process of modern media production is regulated by three groups of matrices: cultural, systemic and textual. They operate at all stages of media activity: in selecting facts, determining a genre, creating a text, etc.
