In the paper, modern trends in labor relations are analyzed, suggesting control over the emotions of employees. While some companies use new motivational technologies aimed at achieving a person's sense of satisfaction and pleasure; others use negative motivation to fight negative emotions. In these conditions, a new inequality is formed - emotional, when one has to hide their emotions, develop their management skills, while others receive positive incentives for generating positive emotions. The meaning of emotional control is considered in the aspect of practical philosophy.
