Subject of research – the legal and moral consciousness of the Russian falerists who collects signs the state awards of the RSFSR, USSR and Russia, as well as prevailing public opinion about them. In force of the relevant criminal law the group's activities illegal Russian falerists and their historical investigations are therefore anonymous and confidential. The author argues that falerists, collecting the signs of the state awards of the RSFSR, USSR, Russia, and studying the history of the awards they are not dangerous neither for veterans nor for the state that, on the contrary, they are potential supporters of civil society in the preservation of historical memory, cultural values and Patriotic education of youth.
