Отражение многомерности мира писателя в художественном творчестве Э.Т.А. Гофмана
This article analyzes the unique synergy of creative activity of ETA Hoffmann as a manifestation of deep-rooted allusive relations within the multifaceted world of creative personality. The author shows how the writer compares and combines different kinds of art: the composer's art and creative writing, the pictorial art and the art of speech – and this fusion is by no means arbitrary. The author points out that a creative interpretation of the impact of the arts on the human anticipated many modern trends in psychology (including the psychology of creativity).
Hi-tech innovative alliances tend to have more key sustainable competitive advantages in comparison with those out of alliance, especially because alliances allow the companies to switch through the partners the financial burdens and intellectual investments in innovations. BRIC make an important input into Gross World Production and its hi-tech industries grow faster than others over developing countries. However companies of these industries still lack internal resources of innovative and technological facilities, e.g. Russian companies, because of that alliances (usually, international anв transnational) acquire more and more popularity. Alliances give the access towards resources and competences of the direct and indirect partners. The paper describes the empirical evidence of alliances efficiency factors and its influence on the high-tech companies of India and China. This evidence can be replicable to some extent and useful to the development of Russian companies. According to the testing results it is possible to assume, that efficiency of alliances has the significant impact on the corporate value in the mid-term. The crisis has significant impact on the observable dependencies.
Companies from emerging markets, such as China, India, Malaysia, Russia and South Africa, use mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as one of the main instruments to grow and enter global markets. After the global financial crisis in 2008, companies from emerging markets initiated over 25% of M&A deals volume between developed and emerging markets companies.
M&A decisions are vital for long-term development of emerging market companies. Recent empirical research shows that companies from developed and emerging markets have different motives and seek different types of synergy in M&A deals.
Companies from United States and Europe usually look for economies of scale. On developed, low-growth markets one reliable way to higher profits is to reduce costs with economies of scale. Companies from emerging markets look for market competences that they are lacking: technologies, brands, business models or skilled employees. Therefore, there is a need to identify determinants of synergy creation in M&A deals initiated by emerging markets companies.
This article aims to systematize existing literature about synergy and validate theoretical model suitable for synergy valuation and regression analysis of M&A deal in Russia. We review academic research on M&A synergy, identify major factors of synergy creation and methods of synergy valuation in emerging markets, analyze differences in major factors of synergy creation for developed and emerging markets.
The boor develops a new approach to the study of social reality in its denamics based on the revealing of connections between social and anthropological phenomena. The fundament of the approach is synergic anthropology, in the frame work of which the apparatus for the description and analysis or the "colonization" of the interface of the Social and the Anthropological is constructed. A new class of concepts is introduced, the categories of the interface, the examples of which are anthropological situation, anthropological trend, spiritual tradition etc. Anthropological trends serve as the main tool are developed, the diagnostics (the identification of anthropological formation(s), which generate trend in question) and the control (the stimulation of a trend, the blocking of it etc.). The framework is then applied to analysis of the most topical modern problems such as global risks, ecological crisis, the grwth of the virtualization of reality, the problem of the Post-human etc. Special attention is paid to the "Exit trend", which is how we call the overall anthropological trend collecting all manifestations and tendencies of the specific tiredness of the Human and his/her drive to a self-withdrawal. Using our methods of the control of trends, it is possible to formulate strategies for changing and correcting anthroposocial situation. We find that two phenomena play important role in these strategies, the transition of modernity into the postsecular paradigm, and the return of the Onthological Human, the fnthropological formation constituted in religious expirience and forced out by the po\rocesses of secularization. In the conceptual context of modern social philosophy the approach uniting social and anthropological reality in a new light, and provides new principles for determining our attitudes and strategies towards leading trends of modernity.
M&A decisions are vital for long-term development of emerging market companies. Existing research pays little attention to studying structure of synergy and valuation of synergy in M&A deals, initiated by private companies.
Therefore, there are no inclusive methods exist to analyze different components of financial and operating synergy. This article aims to systematize existing literature about synergy and validate theoretical model suitable for synergy valuation in M&A deals in Russia. We also test several empirical hypotheses about synergy structure during growth and crisis periods on Russian M&A market.
In the introductory part of the article we discuss concept of synergy in M&A deals and types of synergy. In the second part we review academic literature related to valuation of different components of operating and financial synergy. In the third part we develop inclusive valuation method for five components of synergy. We formulate hypotheses and discuss data sample in part four. In part five we test hypotheses on empirical data using our model and discuss significant results.
This article may be useful for company management and investment analysis to estimate value of prospective M&A deals.
