The article presents the results of a qualitative study exploring teacher perceptions
of the factors affecting child and adolescent subjective well-being at school, along with potential
strategies to enhance it. The research was based on interviews with 17 teachers with diverse
teaching backgrounds, covering multiple subjects across all school levels (primary, secondary,
and high school). Teachers identified peer and teacher relationships as the most important
factor determining student subjective well-being at school. They also highlighted an association
between academic achievement and well-being levels.
