The publication reflects a study of the tools of legal protection of children's rights and freedoms in modern society. The author examines the legal mechanisms that contribute to the full realization of the legitimate interests of children and specifies the normative legal acts that consolidate them. The paper differentiates the tools for protecting children's rights on various grounds, including the subjects of implementation, and in this context, the author considers the possibility of improving the legal mechanisms for ensuring children's rights and freedoms. These mechanisms need to be worked out at the federal and regional levels to increase the accessibility of access to relevant subjects for children themselves. The paper emphasizes that in modern society, the number of ways to violate children's rights has increased, taking into account digitalization and other innovative trends. Children are not protected from negative information and are as vulnerable as possible in the online space, which minimizes legal guarantees and endangers their lives and health. That is why the author emphasizes the need to develop regulatory legal acts that ensure the safety of children in online and offline reality. The author defined the purpose of the study as the specification of tools for protecting children's rights, the object of possible violations of these rights, and the subject of the toolkit for the implementation of children's rights and freedoms.
