Тестирование Telegram-бота, предназначенного для оценки субъективного благополучия и качества жизни граждан, включенных в систему долговременного ухода
This article proposes a framework for strengthening the practice of using online questionnaires in social work that determine the level of subjective well-being and quality of life through the use of a Telegram bot - a mini-program inside the Telegram messenger. An important aspect of using a Telegram bot is the ability to automate data collection, which significantly saves time for both participants and researchers. The bot can send reminders to complete surveys at any time, which helps to increase engagement and provides professionals with timely information about the subjective well-being and quality of life of citizens. This is especially important in the context of long-term care, where well-established feedback can help identify problems at an early stage and adjust the approach to individual care.
The purpose of the study is to assess the level of satisfaction with the Telegram bot @SocialNursingBot among citizens included in the long-term care system. To assess satisfaction, the System Usability Scale analysis method was used - a standard tool widely used in user experience research.
The study is based on the need to improve the accessibility and convenience of surveys. Using a Telegram bot greatly simplifies this process, allowing you to receive feedback in real time. The bot's interface is intuitive, which encourages active user participation and reduces the barrier to obtaining information.
