Комплексная шкала субъективного здоровья: психометрическое исследование и потенциал применения
Introduction. Subjective health is becoming a critically important target in health and prevention issues, but this construct needs to be clarified. The authors have developed a theoretical model of implicit health, which includes physical, psychological, mental, and spiritual dimensions.
Goal. To develop an author's Comprehensive Subjective Health Scale and to evaluate its psychometric properties.
Materials and methods. The sample consisted of 875 respondents (718 women and 153 men) aged 18 to 78 years. The questionnaire includes the following: A Comprehensive Subjective Health Scale, a Life Satisfaction Scale, a Differential Reflection Test, and a DASS-21 Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale. The study was conducted via the Internet.
Results. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed a one-factor solution (χ2 =6.18 (df =2; p =0.013); CFI =0.995; TLI =0.969; SRMR =0.014; RMSEA =0.077 [0.028; 0.140]). The Cronbach’s α was 0.760, indicating the internal reliability of the instrument. Subjective health correlated positively with life satisfaction, the WHO question on subjective health, and systemic reflection and negatively with introspection, stress, anxiety, and depression, confirming the convergent validity of the scale.
Conclusion. The developed Comprehensive Subjective Health Scale is characterized by satisfactory psychometric properties and is suitable for mass screening studies.
